Initial thoughts is that there wasn't not too much around the flames announcement (as the OCC approval was Sycamore),
The key is who owns the leases what around the northern block as they can potentially take advantage. Flames is CLR (fully drilled subject to the below), BRK (Bruins) and two other DSU's which i have no idea on
However, there are limits on how close you can drill from the border of each DSU. Surely there is an opportunity wherein there is some oil that is not extractable due to the spacing on the ajoining DSU's and that some sort of JV/acquisition could drill another hole over the border areas of the DSU's. How that would legally work with pooling i have not idea.
