I'm sure, the proposal will go over the line. The short selling of STX and buying of TPD will last until December... No chance for the "TPD - vote no" campaign...
It will end up with an initial t/o bid by someone in the next weeks and I think at some point we will understand who the predator hidden behind the custody accounts actually is...
