Cant help feeling that this may not be all bad news. I suspect that the IPO was probably pulled because of the SP dipping so low which became a situation of virtually giving away half of the company to raise the funds. Having said that they need money so wouldn't have pulled out without another option.
I suspect that a funder has been found that will not be providing the same amount of cash, possibly enough for 9-12 months cash flow instead. They can then list on the Nasdaq next year once fundamentals are in order and a better market cap is evident.
I cant find on socials any staff posting about losing their jobs so hoping that Craig has some good news this morning.
We wait.... as usual.
