I don't see anything in the last SGX Ann's about the amended deal that references an IE anymore, so that may be resolved. Yesterday's SGX Ann from MGN stated they expect the Sharesale to take place shortly.
So Min ready a massive war chest and later on Wednesday the DA states exactly what they intend to try and action in Court on Thursday. The Court on Thursday makes Orders that match the DAs announcement. The arrangements made in Wednesday must have been agreeable to at least Austroid and the other Defendants for this to eventuate so smoothly $$$.

CE has a bigger Goldfields Hardrock strategy at play here. This sharesale needs to be put to bed quickly so he can get on with it before others interfere.
