Could depend on the lead up ie bankruptcy or equivalent, private buyout, hostile takeover, or license default. All very plausible here with SGR in this dire predicament. In any case, the retail sh is inevitably the big loser, and at the end of the chain. The only chance for all sh's to get of that Board and that CEO, who allowed this scenario to develop and no idea as to take the business forward.
