If they KNOW the field is commercial they should tell us. However, they don't know, they only consider, or believe it is. They haven't tested the flow rates. Nor is refraccing a guarantee of significantly improved rates either. Maybe that's why they don't want to refrac - same reason as they won't flow test. They are better off not knowing the bad news.
