Looks like if you hold 35,714 shares or less, they will be sold UNLESS you advise them that you do not wish to sell.

So you need to take action if you want to retain your shares and if you don't contact them, your shares will be sold.

Unsure if that is the normal way these things are done but I like the format as there could be a lot of small holders who do nothing (don't read the correspondence/don't care/don't action a retention in time) so their shares will automatically be bought back.

Good way to do a bit of a clean up.
