I agree. The capex looks alright too, far better than if it were an Australian-based project. Only negative that really stands out to me from a quick skim is a strip ratio of 17x but they've made it work in the study.
The run up has been so strong, it'll likely get Lassonde'd for a while though. Was pretty crazy seeing a pre-PEA/PFS project sitting at $1B but it also wasn't the only one.
