    He's got a full time job at Planet Innovation, which he owns plenty of, and PI owns 20% of Lumos, and he has two other jobs, and he already earns $180k (AUD) as Chair of Lumos. He got millions of options in Lumos. He will be plentifully rewarded should Lumos succeed, and this $80k is a bit stinky.

    As a shareholder I expect better than this of my Board.
