How can you ask for tenders for a pipeline when you don't know how much gas you are going to sell? So you don't know how much money you have to pay to the gatherers or what size pipe you need?
Or, if you do know the flow rates, how do you explain to the ex-shareholders who took big losses that you couldn't be bothered to tell them?
