They have stated they would be drilling pending the POW and Land Holder Access Agreements being approved,
to state they would have been received is not factual.
Also their were the WA Heritage Laws that were holding things up,
they were repealed 5 weeks later and are no longer a problem,
Making it a quicker and simpler process.
They also stated Drilling was not depending on getting the latest CSIRO sampling results,
That it would go ahead before they are received,
It's just the approvals that are being waited for....
