Pierre, i was thinking along the lines of Dr Manhatten - the resource we end up declaring will affect what is coming out from aquifer and the hydrological impact which is of course relevant to the environmental permit.
Maybe its not as black and white as this as we've heard of loads of other companies in Salta complaining about permitting delays, maybe the hold up is way more administrative. We cant be sure.
