Re funding, it seems management was never really into doing it on its’ own, with joint venture potential mentioned twice.
As you can see below in the image lift from then , it also said strategic advisors had been engaged to work out the best way forward.
Presumably the current situation was decided upon (soon after August 2022) 2as the best outcome despite that minimising dilution is also mentioned as a priority in this notice.
It’s a bit of a shame that Vanadium prices have been all over the place and not looking so great.
And that the redox flow market is not at a different (better) stage of uptake.
Hedg was right - I don’t know the ins and outs of mining operations or how real value is determined but I DO know that once a company goes public it seems value can get pretty rubbery - particularly around undeveloped micro caps.

As far as the delays due to pushing out the timeline go.
