Do any of you know the history of CHM and whos running it. They don't have any viable assets.
CFE play is a pure gamble on winning a court case. Ive followed this for three years. They have buckleys of winning any sizable amount off MMX.
If I was a holder in CFE I would demand a better use of shareholders funds rather than a uninformed punt (Sage doesnt know ILP liabilty !!!) on a court case outcome with a distressed and dodgy partner.
