ASIC and the Govt have this legal precedent and continuously reviewed the operations and logic of algos and decided it's in their best interest not to intervene. They know it impacts the retail segment but also know they have no voice so can get away with it indefinitely. It's Deep State in action and it's no wonder icons like Trump and Andrew Tate have such a groundswell of support. Bunker down as it's going to get worse......the State is monitoring us now!!!!
