A business model built on capturing sales in a non-regulatory market.
The "catalyst" was magnetic technology that no one really understood but sounded revolutionary.
It was then wrapped in "doublespeak" with ever-changing product offers, none gaining volume traction.
After the initial launch which floundered, along came another group of "opportunists" that could envision the story making a quick buck - rewarded themselves handsomely for their "wisdom" and then departed.
I suppose the retail investor is cannon fodder in the microcap market, those on the inside know the easy dollars that can be accessed with salaries and consultancy.
If it goes pear-shaped, it has no effect on their pockets - however, the reputation of those responsible does raise red flags in terms of their competency to build a business if their name appears on any future ASX listings.
Then you have brokers, investment advisors, sophisticated investors, institution investors, retail investors, pumper/dumpers, short sellers and all the rest of the bull..... that goes with the game.
Tough gig, but you can make dollars
Cheers, and good luck in the future to any investor in this stock. Just one dropped stitch in the tapestry of investing in microcaps - no doubt you have learned a lot from this experience and may your next investment bring you many dollars.
