I think you should be aware of the DoE high assay tails contract with Global Laser Enrichment (61% Silex/49% Cameco) who will be producing (initially starting 2028) 5mlbs/yr as UF6. This technology (laser) will also extract (scavenge) about 20% more nuclear fuel from the same amount of U3O8 feedstock.
This is always ignoring the prospects for re-processing UNF and high burn up fuels. To me the bull market could well be from now to the early 2030's but will then adjust to a (higher than now) stable price.
