litigation funders actions are a major vote of confidance for a positive outcome in the court action against mmx.clearly they were expecting a massive payout,more than the cash that they are going to be paid now.that says to me that the 20mill they are now to be paid for there services is sustantially less than the 30-40 percent of the mmx payday they were expecting.which points to them expecting an overall judgement against mmx of about 100million?
