    If you sign a deal to acquire a Greenfield Iron ore, of which the gradings are almost same us our own assets, with 0 infrastructure, woooooow..... not to mention more dilution will come to LCY shareholders... not to metion the management actually are going to THROW AWAY $1.5mil out of our remaining $2.3mil cash in the bank......
