as much as i want to be positive about this, most of the time in my experience, these kinds of runs all of a sudden with most but not all spec stocks occur just before some kind of cap raising, now im not suggesting at all this may turn out that way but maybe i'm the one who gets the raw end of the deal all the time.
Do they need more cash, you look at the cash flow and determine what they need to get things happening????
