The problems and decisions made within BOQ stem from the leaders of the past not the present
well Negus is new,so time will tell with him. Allaway was Chairman from October 2019.and became Executive Chairman in November 2022 and all the problems in BOQ stem from his time in these positions the disastrous appointment and sacking of CEO G Frazis, the ME Acquisition then could not find a replacement for Frazis so he carried out both roles of Chairman and CEO until recently when Negus was appointed
