Good on you GP,
keep up the good work ! they will surely put a foot wrong and then their track record will be their undoing.
We certainly need to make sure they do not misappropriate the cash which could be used to pay divis. Let them know we are on their case and they will have to pay up in time.
l agree with your assessment of this loan, it is not in default, they have the cash, so why no divi ? we clearly need someone on the board or need to call a special meeting when the timing is right.
