What on earth gives you the idea that CHM is going to be awarded anything?
Just cuz it concocted a story trying to extort some easy money instead of moving some dirt somewhere ad find some kind of mineral.
After all its supposed to be a Mining CO and so far hasn't shifted a single gram of dirt anywhere on this planet LOL
