Well it is a rather sexy looking chart all of a sudden, breaking out of 12 month bearish chart formation on LOG and non-LOG charts , and through important moving average at 3.9 cents . The lows are in, so now the price action is more in line with the newsflow, which has been improving, not least of all the project is again live and HIO has a plan. I do like the federal/state government support we have here, can be as cynical as we like , but things are coming together with a green angle. Yes funding is always an issue at this end of the market ,HIO is no different, need them to do better than Regal next time
