AZ will not be making an offer period.
$1.5m upfront cash is all they have to pay for some of the most risky untested science around that has basically been developed in a garage.
Depsite being listed this is not a business. It is a test case.
If it is to become a business it needs success and development. I am yet to see either and I am sure AZ is not interested in the BD aspects.
