I agree with this but people will piss and moan and carry on.
FYI some years back Guido let some options lapse because he would have had to sell shares to cover conversion and tax. That's when they put into the incentive package on sale.
There was a melt down because he didn't want to do that and there's a meltdown now because he did. Either way you can't win.
The stock will go down on Monday, and someone will get a good buy.
