Apparently Dinning worked at Moto Gold Mines in the DRC from 2005 - 2009, Cant see what else he has done to earn a pedigree to claim the salary he is taking?
From the Prospectus Section 4.5.
The remuneration payable to Mr Dinning for his services is A$302,500 per annum (inclusive of superannuation).
The remuneration payable to Mr Schmiede for his services is A$247,500 per annum (inclusive of superannuation).
The remuneration payable to Mr Hamilton for his services is C$225,000 per annum.
The remuneration payable to Mr Evangelista for his services is A$220,000 per annum (inclusive of superannuation).
That is a ****ing disgrace considering the little amount of work they are collectvely doing on this project. Thats just the ASX component, dont know what the TSX_V company is paying him, but
this site claims he is earning CAD $420,931. Wtf?
These leeches are sucking in excess of $1M in salaries every year, and your reward is newsflow which is almost non existent. Dont forget there is a wet season each year through which they claim work cannot be done.
Go and have a look at 1MC's directors and see what a fair salary payable is. Maybe give them another 20% for Africa, but yeah, lifestyle company.
