bunch of losers

Is it just me or these guys that running this company are a bunch of hopeless promoters trying to hype the value and failing (Losers?)

First they come out and say there is a white night that is looking at taking over this company and then they say sorry they walked away and now there are other parties interested.
They get everybody exited, like myself a long term holder looking at possibly finally getting out with only 25% value of my original investment in this serial underperformer or DOG.

And now what?

Why dont they do a deal and then excite the market like everybody else.
