this is the reason the exploration was declared by the judge.

perhaps if they did full diligence and consulted appropriately, as they would have known was required, they could have avoided this.

Woodside did consult with the Land Council but missed this one person, Woodside passed all environmental crap they had to but the judge moved the goal posts for one women who speaks to whales.
