I will top up 2M shares if it can hit 16c (assuming no fundamental changes in Latin and other lithium stocks remain traded at current level). Any prediction without conditioning on other factors is useless (so I only follow my valuation and trading strategy instead of John's). GL1's NPV should be around A$1.3B if we use $1700 lithium price while Latin's is A$3.6B. Even without Phase 2 (ie, assuming Phase 1 production rate for at least 20 yrs, which is much longer than GL1's 7yrs), Latin's NPV should be at least A$2.5B, 2x GL1 Also, Latin's PEA assumed 32% contingency in its A$380M capex (phase 1) while GL1's only assumed 20% in its A$420M capex (I would think 420M should become 450M if evaluated now). So 16c means Latin is almost the same as GL1, I cannot believe that will happen unless the whole sector is downgraded further due to weak lithium price (then GL1 should be less than $1).
