To illustrate, 122m shares on issue * 2.5 new shares *0.5 = ~ $150m (ball park).
The number of new shares to be issued depends on the price, hopefully we see an uptick once they lock in funding/offtake agreement AND no material increase to the capex $.
One way or another, it will be a big dilutionary raise (as it should be).
