I agree. I'm relaxed about this, Guido has done similar stuff before. I personally believe it's around his tax position in the US and probably because 4DS aren't paying him very much anymore he also wanted some cash. It's been pretty clear for a number of years that he doesn't have much dough.
This guy has been seriously key over a very long period of time to what 4DS have developed technically and the idea that he is now taking a negative view on the Tech just as they have achieved what they have been trying to do for years is something frankly I don't believe for a second. Any of us LTHs know that he is a man of integrity who loves 4DS and will be delighted with what they have achieved with regards to the metrics and finally getting the Array to work etc.
But, it's a great opportunity for people on here who have been around for 5 minutes to downramp so they can buy more shares at a lower price. Good luck to them, I've got my fill now personally and am looking forward to what is to come. We have no idea on the timescale for a Sale but this business is very very clearly in the best position it's ever been in. The current share price definitely does not reflect this fact which is more of a reflection on the ASX than anything else.
Certain posters on here will be going on ignore for me shortly if they continually post panicking dross in a transparent attempt to drive the SP down.
