We all wish we knew.

My theory is that someone wanted to buy the company and deliberately knocked the price down from 5 to 3 cents.

As the defence relied on some time, and some cash, a capital raise it was done at 1 cent to force/ensure the current holders to back it.

At the same time as the CR the company was given to Kidder Williams.

After the CR there were some encouraging share price moves up, but in the last couple of months, someone doesn;t want the price above 1 cent, sells into any 1 cent order and there's a huge permanent sell clamp at 1.1.

But your guess is probably better than mine.

All we do know is that something will happen soon
