yes, infrastructure is a risk. so is resource, so are economics, so is sovereign risk, so is a new battery technology.
thats why wr1 is cheap.
that’s why any bloody small cap exploration is cheap.
THERE IS RISK
but, with risk comes reward if it pays off.
