If doctors cannot prescribe it, then patients need to be extra curious and follow the lead of people like Adherent. We know the masses are more like sheep, so until it gets approval the comments that you make about "never heard of it" will continue.
I know it has been shown on a HC thread, but there was a Dr Grier over in the US, who was making people aware of iPPS and its potential, but he is a lone voice for now in the twitter sphere.
