I certainly don’t think leaky FDA ship has anything to do with it. Binary decision deadline was approaching. With what looked like a lot of potential upside. You can see the share price rocketed before the previous FDA verdict last year (well above what it hit this time around in fact) and we all know how that went. Optimistic speculation ≠ leaky ship.
