Depends on application really
We'd normally use FiberSpar or GRE rolls, easier/quicker to place inground which in Aus, especially down South is necessary due to waxing in winter
Suggest that waxing isn't an issue in Cuba even with there "typically" low API oil, so maybe welded steel would be used and more readily available
Need to drill this well first hey !!
