So they take a position less than 5% to stay under the radar. Why ,because there are no guarantees, just another explorer with a good story/prospects otherwise they would have taken a larger stake. Also you can't move forward with a few 100 grand in the bank.So management have done well to set this up for a cap raising, Goodluck.
