Perpetual Funds Management has sold a total of 3 million shares a year for the last 2 years.
In small parcels to retail investors.
They could do it for another 6 years.
It is important information for any future retail investor in KSL to have.
If Perpetual Funds Management realizes that there are no more retail buyer patsies, then they will be forced to block trade, to unload their stake.
The implication is that there is no block buyer at the current share price.
