That on itself no but they also have a processing plant coming and are a lot further ahead when it comes to value adding and battery manufacturing.

Who is this "we" that you're talking about ,a few small retailers still in denial they bought a dud and are likely to bail out before the vote on the merger ? It doesn't matter if AVL ore is oxidized and TMT's is gold-plated , if you have no money to buy the shovel to dig it up is still worth zilch and TMT board is aware of this.
And why would I jump over to the AVL forum when I now own almost as many TMT shares as I have AVL ? I may have dumped TMT late last year because they've been tracking sideways since I bought them but now they merge I got back in. Instead of topping up with cheap AVL I bought even cheaper TMT and sold 1m AVL at 2.8c average to buy TMT all below 27.5c average. I'm guessing I'm not the only AVL holder who has been doing this and is the reason why AVL sp has been capped at 2.8c
I'm also guessing that most of your NO voters are just full of it and trying to delay other shareholders not happy with the merger from selling while they bail out first , likely to AVL holders.


If you really want to block the merger you and your No mates would need to start buying TMT on market and push the price well above the 1-12 generously offered by AVL and you may stand a chance. I'll even consider selling the TMT I accumulated since the merger ann. without even trying so hard so you'll have at least 300k less YES votes to worry about.
