    You are entitled to your opinion about what is better value.

    You should follow your own advice and invest where you think suits you.

    WC8 have its own valuation. It might not suit you, but the market is fine with it: it tested lows over the last several weeks and have started rising.

    Lots of volume over the last few days with lots of fluctuations - that is what the market called "price discovery".

    The fact that it has consistently gone up, would suggest the market know something that you don't.
