I see that management was rewarded for their mediocrity with more stock. I’ve never seen a company that has performed so poorly retain their CEO after so many repeated failures. Looking at the calendar, the CEO’s tenure predates all current members of the Board of Directors. Makes you wonder who works for who? Most places I’ve worked, the CEO works for the BOD and the BOD works for the shareholders. With CPT, everything is inverted. We’ve certainly crossed through the looking glass into Wonderland.
