You mean like legal fees, REE geologists, structural geologists, drill contractors, GIS and other professionals that digitised over 140 boxes of paper files on the Colosseum, JORC report professionals, audit fees etc, ASX fees etc etc. Would you prefer they raise money and just bank it and do nothing?

Anything that the directors got paid (which is about $750k) is disclosed. Compare that board income with other companies that have delivered an 800,000oz resource and a project that is a potential company maker.

Everyone needs to remember that we are dealing in the USA and in USD with this company. That country has had the worst inflation of just about any nation on earth and the greatest labour shortages.
