Before the ASX opening, we need a trading halt to allow Avita to prepare a price-sensitive announcement over the next few days covering what the problem is and what the proposed solution is. There is no other way to ensure an orderly market based on adequate information. Failure to do this will cause some traders to suffer unnecessary losses.
