Thats pure suppression from a big bank doing the bidding of an entity.
The purpose is to hold a price, not to profit from a short, or accumulate from retail.
(with limited SOI, GS could short the heck out of it and profit with the lack of market confidence at the moment - So that it not the play)
I would surmise that GS is working for ALB.
ALB then come with a $4 offer. Instead of Wr1 fairly valued at $4 and needing offer $8.
