I'd ignore the investment programes you mention too. They use fairly basic models that take a fairly narrow snapshot of fundamentals, agnostic of the data that more sophisticated models look at (used by those who actually move the markets). Price and fundamentals spend a lot of time dislocated from one another, and fundamentals almost always follow price in the longer term.
