Simon Noon's renumeration package is pretty funny, considering where the company is at
But apart from that, I think he should accept a big pay cut for two obvious reasons:
1. the company is running out of money and needs to conserve whatever cash it has remaining
2. Shareholders are facing enormous dilution for company to remain solvent, and his large parcels of performance shares are making that situation worse
