My understanding is that as Santos did not change its % holding by more than 1% there will not be a 604 Change of Substantial Holding announcement. But I am told they went back to 19.99% (having been diluted previously a little by the SPP).

But it will be interesting to see if there are any new significant holders that make it into the top 20. I have asked ESG for a new Top 20 and I expect that will be available after Monday when the placement shares are allocated.
