Clearly the right thing to do .
No point in raising cash if it was going to be spaffed away on a poorly performing part of the business.
The US was supposed to be the making of the Mannitol but Covid saw to that and evidently Chiesi's current forecasts of the market opportunity there must have been pretty dire.
Its now bite size ready for a potential takeover if the clinical trials are any good, and the lowly enterprise value continues to be under appreciated by the market..
