There are a number of rapidly evolving inputs that mean you cannot just directly extrapolate from the previous year.

Some random points..
I would think we have very good margins for this new contract.
Our particular markets are booming. there is a shortfall in good supply. We can sell everything we grow - with this contract or not. We are not price-taking now .
Remember just about last xmas we had to announce to the market we were unable to take any more orders? Demand for our particular high quality flower has significantly improved in our markets since then.
- hence i am pretty sure that our extremely fiscally savvy management would have negotiated a very profitable deal here.

Remember too that we are the lowest cost producer in Australia - and especially, that our economies of scale are just starting to kick in.

Apart from the $$ value, there are other less tangable but very real +pos plusses in this contract. imo.
1/ It dramatically improves and entrenches ECSs market share position.
2/ It takes us to the next level in providing rock-solid foundations for ECS to become one of Australia's leading cannibis businesses into the future.
Entrenched now, we are.
3/ It absolutely proves our cultivation model AND our business model >> including the measured scaling-up process.
4/ This, and the Ilios Santos contract into Germany together, are a rock solid reputational enhancer for ECS as a reliable, established, successful supplier of highest quality marijuana flower to the world. -ps, in any quantity you need.
No more bowing and scraping and explaining to get our foot in the door. We ARE one of the Big Girls ourselves from this point on.

Do not mistake our germinating tiny seed for the true golden egg my friends.
This pidly 20 mill contract ( and the others to date) are just the first basket of golden green googies to pop out of our dozens and dozens - and possibly hundreds?? - of our magically expanding ECS PE grow houses.
